Does the SHMod work at all itself?

Dude, you really changed the "plugins-shero.ini" to "sh_plugins.ini? And still want to work !??!?!?!?!?!?? Dude, leave it as it was, if not fix!

IS NEEDED plugins-shero.ini, why? WHY plugins-shero loads the Super Hero, man, like superheronvault.amxx, or other method of saving that you use XP, plugins need be in plugins-shero because superheronvault.amxx MUST load before the heroes, if not, will the "bad load"

Why fix it if it's not broken?

You are way off here. Do you even know what you are talking about?

I do the same as you do. I delete plugin-shero.ini and just put the SH core, and all the heroes, to load at the bottom of plugins.ini

Yes, Jelle, this is what I'm saying, he don't placed the core! I talked to him on skype in the morning, and it helped him. Why complicate changing names, changing it if he did not have this experience here (I did not too)!
They amxx plugins,
the amxx plugins were all bad load, of course it would not work.

@Exploited sorry,
but google translate is so : (
