[Wizzieboy]

So i started up my Css server running sourcemod and metamod.
And i cannot use the chat plugins.
The advertisement plugin doesnt work??
The hldsupdatetool command that is included when you dont have any plugin installed ( say hi! and that in-game it shows Console:hi!)
Can someone help me with this????
