I've played on a server with this.
It makes it so body shots do normal damage in realism. So snipers still 1 hit kill ect.

I've searched all over the net and this site and CVAR lists and console commands and found no way to do it.

Can someone please point me the right way?

This mod is great because it makes other weapons worth using in realism aside from the magnum which is far to overpowered in Expert realism.

To make up for the challenge I'd suggest an addon that adds Melee fatigue and using Guncontrol to decrease max ammo on all guns.

z_non_head_damage_factor_multiplier 1
z_head_damage_causes_wounds 0
z_use_next_difficulty_damage_factor 0

would these Cvars do it?

Bump.
Those CVARS are broken.
The damage adjustment plugin also seems broken.

Also, playing in Campaign with Realism CVARS to disable glow and respawn doesnt seem to work either.

Thanks. this is definitely a step in the right direction.

However, you are right. The headless/legless zombies are a major issue.
Ruins the realism.

Is there a way to fix this?

Also, when using this plugin, i seem to get the "fail to authenticate with steam" error several minutes into the game.

Ok, i think i got it working well.
Validated game files and no more error.

Put all the damages at 100% but 50% for arm shots and 75% for stomach shots.
Also 1.5 FF factor.

Im liking this. Sniper rifles still feel a BIT underpowered, but your plugin fixes the magnum the way I wanted it. Thank you!

As long as leg and head damage are at 100% you get no legless or headless zombies.

I like FF

Also, this is working good thanks.

But I the Magnum is still OP.
My intention is to have snipers and magnums do roughly the same.
As is now, reducing arm and stomach damage is a Magnum nerf, but also nerfs other weapons.

I'm actually now using 90% for arm and stomach.

This still means Magnum kills in two stomach shots and Sniper kills in 3 plus stomach shots. Any ideas on how to add the snipers instakill back in so it will work like the magnum does with this addon?
