Set walls and useless entity's all over your map, and write a script to remove them.

But you don't have to bother, cause some guy is gonna write a fix code anyways

All entities can be found just by opening map with notepad and searching for "world", from that point there are only entities listed.

So basically, if you can use the map, anyone can... sooner or later.

i recommend making a brush with your add, no entity.
Cause ents can be deleted. Brushes maybe to, but it's a lot harder i think

Many mappers have come up with elaborate ways to fuck up a map to the point where it's unplayable unless you have the fix code (which is very hard to create unless the mapper told you how). If I were you I'd talk to fang and maybe VMAN. I'm pretty sure both of them map and might be willing to give you some tips on locking a map.

Thats all there is too it. Use trigger_hurt, and then make the walls not visible.
Make hollow walls surrounding each entity and then compile. Pretty hard for users to decompile at times.
