In my experience, the gScramble plugin does not seem to effectively balance the teams (in terms of the fundemental principles that make up a team). I have even seen teams being rolled after a team balance. What i am trying to say is that IMHO we need a new type of balancing plugin that truly manages to balance the teams in Team Fortress 2.

I am developing a new plugin that will attempt to do this. Players will be balanced according to they class-type and their accumulated score (kills, assists, buiding/destroying buildings, invulns, sapping sentires, etc). The plugin is designed to sort out the best players on offense, defense, and support. It will then distribute these players evenly to make sure each team has a an effective offense, defense and support branch. Of course, with a smaller amount of players on the server it would simply balance the teams by the players score.

Any thoughts/ideas/new features that you think should be implemented?
