Problem after problem since i had to redo the whole server (lol) this time, no players are recieving damage from falls, or from each other. Aa a result, no zombies can be infected.

zr may be incompatible with some plugins
show output for commands:
plugin_print
meta list
sm plugins list

where is metamod:source? it's needed for sourcemod
also, lot of sourcemod basic plugins doesn't enabled

Actually, no SM plugin except admin-flatfile.smx is required by ZR. Maybe not even that one if there's another custom plugin to add the admins.

But something isn't right here. I don't understand how sourcemod could load when plugin_print didn't show anything at all.

It looks like you wrote the two last lists yourself. The "meta list" command will also print this line before listing metamod plugins: "Listing n plugins:
"

In addition, the "sm plugins" command just print valid commands for plugins. It should be "sm plugins list".

You could of course have missed a line in a copy-paste operation, but again, those commands wouldn't execute when "plugin_print" doesn't list anything. So, what are you hiding from us?

I'm not hiding anything, lol.

Tell me what commands you want me to enter in the console and ill give you the exact list or plugins.

It's that plugin_print command. If meta list worked, metamod would be listed in plugin_print. Something like this:

This is probably the root of your problem. Make sure metamod and sourcemod is loaded properly.

That was all ran from your client, it needs to be ran from your server (Rcon, typing it into the screen if you have shell access, etc).
