I had the same problem DontWannaName. All 5 of my servers were doing fine with players until I restricted awps/autos; they've been dead since .

This is why I put $20 on a fix so that someone may update it a bit sooner.

Also has anyone figured out this tag feature in the server browser?

In the server.cfg you can set sv_tags

This lets you add custom search tags (like meta tags for a search engine) which allows players to find a server they want more easily.

E.g. sv_tags "instant respawn"

That's how it works in tf2 anyway.

Also I don't know if this has been discussed but is anyone else having issues with the menu system in the CS:S beta?

Instead of the in-game menu coming up I get esc menus instead (menus that require you to press esc to access them). Is there a fix for that?

Yeah probably. Windows servers with ES and SPE can have instant respawn (deathmatch) too.

Makes me wish Linux didn't break so often with these updates D:

Im the one running the gungame server (i believe i have the only one running in beta) It is sm gungame and its on linux so i didnt have to sigscan since the function names (and the functions themselves) stayed the same. All i had to do was get the offsets. Eventscripts as far as i know wont even load on beta. Linux breaks alot less then windows btw ;)

I'm glad I got MetaMod + SM working thanks to this thread. I also wanted to ask, every time bots are spawned, it goes "Segmentation Fault" then crashes. Anyone think they might be able to help?

Not true, Linux used to break all the time in TF2. Could be true for CSS but not in TF2 and not if they continued to update CSS after the beta

Strange, I have played against bots without problems. How are you adding them? So far I have only done it via console using bot_add

CS:S is plagued by Linux updates, sometimes it's *broken* for days, othertimes just hours. However compared to Windows, the grass is greener as far as SRCDS is concerned.

Gungame works flawlessly with SourceMod by the way, atleast from what I can recall last night.
