Just got an idea for this!
A script that advertises something every like tenth minute depending on the date, for example may 22 (my birthday), it could be so cool with a Csay saying:

Code:
5/22/2005:
CK has birthday
The summer holiday starts
Another "on the date event"
if you can follow me?
And then it is possible to put dates, and the things about the dates into a textfile or something like that, or else, this could be an idea:

Code:
amx_dateadd <DATE> <NAME(for removal again)> <EVENT> // adds an event called "NAME" to the list
amx_dateremove <NAME> // Removes the event "NAME" from the list
AND last, this is how it will look
<DATE>
<EVENT>
[EVENT]
[EVENT]
[EVENT] et cetera
but if no events are posted to a day, i should just write
<DATE>
N00thin happenin t00day!

Hope you understand what i mean with this ;)

In addition to this, it could be cool if you could say
!events
and it woud show it, lets say the date is the 5th of april, and the summer holiday starts today (screwed up, right ?), it will show the following

04/05/2005:
Today the summerholiday starts!

Better yet, it would be quite cool if you were able to use IPB's built in calander to do this. IPB uses MySQL, so you could output the information from your forums or whatnot. (Probably connect somehow with JGHG's Forum mod.)

The only problem I'm seeing is finding out what the day's date is. I don't know if AMXX can do that. Although, if it can get the server's time, it's probably possible.

Sounds like an ok idea, may take a while to code. =\
