Theres a problem with the Amplifier where certain players can't see the Amplifier effects and don't recieve the crit buff. It works fine after they rejoin.

If this is a response to me, well, let me explain a bit better.

I'm trying to tweak Eggman's well done plugin so that the Amplifier gives mini-crits instead, and I tried the suggestion previously mentioned of replacing TF2Cond_KRITZKRIEG with TF2Cond_BUFF. I noticed that it did look like I was under the effects of the buff banner while near the Amplifier, but I soon found out that my attacks were not mini-crits. Is there anyway to force mini-crits? I don't think I've found any plugins that do this.

Make sure you use TFCond_Buffed and remove the lines that create the buff banner particles.

It wasn't a response to your post. It's just a bug I noticed.
