Or should I say replacing weapons? either way, If possible, How would you add/replace a weapon? with some different functions. and of course a different model?.

A while ago someone made a module for adding weapons. It was experimental and he didn't want to release it. I'll consider posting it on the forums, but under the understanding the guy who wrote it is now gone and no one can support it.

you can't. Admin must set it to be given every player on round start or admin must drop it on ground.

Look for Bazooka plugin in Plugins section...

Sorry, I'm wrong... Yes, that's made with that custom weapon module...
