Edit: Forgot in my original posting, this pluggin is DoD only, unless the death event is changed.

Hi this is the first plugin that I have created, that is why I have posted it here, and not in the plugins as it will likely have a number of holes.

My sources of help in making it where some starting pointers from Morthy(a dod player that i know), The documentation which i would say is well written, well done. The few gems of a posting that I found on here when i looked around.

I have completed the pluggin and have it running on my clans server, however i would like you wonderful people to pick at my code and let me know how i could do things better. Since this is my first plugin, i don't doubt there will be improvements.

What it does:
*On tk death, player gets a menu with simply forgive, and not forgive.
*Tk only gets added if the victim does not forgive.
*If a player gets 5 enemy kills in one life a tk is automatically forgiven.
*system can be set to ban or kick
*if set to ban custom admin level A is set to give immunity to the ban but still kick
*all variables can be set in amxx.cfg
*options also avalible(even though they are unlikely to be used) to log to console admins who tk over the limt, and show a hudmessage if they tk over the limit

Please be gentle
