Kick Money Ball--v1.2.1

With this plugin, will spawn a ball when some one was killed. And the ball will set few money and team index from the victim in it. When player who team index is equali the balls touch the ball, the ball can be kick. If the team of the ball is not equali the player,player can pick up the ball, and get few money from the ball.Drop Money Part:

fixed the code, and changed the hand out money type as Half Life drop weapon.(from the HLSDK player.cpp line 4412)
Press twice 'G'(drop) key can hand money out as the current weapon is knife. the hand out money level can be set as you like, the default value is 1000~2000
em_ballmoney: 5000 <when the drop money more than this value, start drop ball out> (but the hand out money)-Commands-
em_ballcount: 5 <count of the ball>
em_billcount: 20 <the count of the bill>
em_drop: 10000 <when player die must drop money out if player's money more than this value , this value are diffrent from ed_droplest>
em_droplest: 5000 <when the player's money more than this money, begin drop money out when was killed>
em_dropmoneylevel: 1000 2000 3000 4000 5000 <hand out money level, of course the player can use the following command to set the level as he(her) like>
em_pickupdelay: 1.0 <make a few delay when player pick up the bill money>
say /sm or say_team /sm <get the menu of hand out money level>.-Credits-
say /help or say_team /help <get the help of this plugin>
amx_sm <min num> <max num> <set the personal hand out money level in the console>

test it in my bot server(CS1.6 AMXX 1.8.1) for long time and work well, feedback and suggestion are welcome !
