Actually this was a stupid! All what U have to do is
-copy/paste code made by xtinct to some .txt file
-change extension from .txt to .sma
-compile it thru Online compiler or with addons\amxmodx\scripting\COMPILE.exe
-Install compiled .amxx
-Make a server.txt file with IP addresses and put it to cstrike folder!
If it doesn't work than its another story ?!
