This plugin is strongly recommended for big servers. It will kick spectator and idle players (allowing admins with B flag ADMIN_RESERVATION). You can set following CVARs.

CVARs for Spectators Kicker

amx_detectspectators_mode 1 - Transfers spectators.
amx_detectspectators_mode 2 - Kicks spectators.
amx_detectspectators_time 5 - Time a player is allowed to stay spectator.
amx_detectspectators_admins 0 - Whether or not to kick administrators.

CVARs for Idle Kicker

mp_afktime - Time a player is allowed to be idle.
mp_afkminplayers - Minimum players required.

This is redundant and cannot be approved. There are other plugins which do the job equally or better.
