CommandReact executes commands server-side when a client runs a certain command.

Here's an example (And why I created this plugin): With Mani Admin plugin, you can run ma_knives in order to restrict all weapons and let players only use their knives. However, the only way to take this off is to use ma_unrestrictall, which unrestricts all weapons. Since I have the AWP and autosnipers restricted, unrestricting all weapons means restricting these weapons after every knife round. Well, I don't remember those things. So I made an entry in the config file that runs three commands when ma_unrestrictall is executed somewhere:
    Code:
    ma_unrestrictall ma_restrict awp;ma_restrict sg550;ma_restrict g3sg1
Whenever ma_unrestrictall is run, so are those ma_restrict commands!

Note - This does not work for some commands. The ones that may apply to you are "say" and "say_team"

    ConVars:
    • cmdreact_version
      • The version of CommandReact
    Commands:
    • cmdreact_reload
      • Reloads the configuration file for CommandReact.
    Changelog:
    • 1.0.0
      • Initial Release
      • React to user's commands
As with all my other plugins, I've included the source file and all the necessary config, along with a packaged version that you can extract to your mod directory (in .rar and .zip format).

And thanks to everyone who helped in the #sourcemod channel...pRED, EKS, dalto, etc...

it would be nice if it would work for say/say_team.
There is Infected Release thingie for L4D2 in which, sometimes, players get stuck after charger attack so it might come in handy a say/say_team thingie for !unstuck or something.
