1/ I edited the can locations 2 days prior to that happening. The server served many games after that. We played many where it didn't happen. It was very odd that it did happen.
2/ I thought about that too. 't Could just be a left 4 dead 2 bug.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet but I intend to, it sounds awesome. I do have a suggestion if its possible. Can you make it so that you can put the generator somewhere else other than the normal location?

I don't think this plugin is suited for that suggestion. You might be able to do that with Stripper:Source anyway.

Do you think it would be possible to integrate stripper into the plugin, as sort of a package. Promaps for l4d1 kind of did that IIRC, I think it would be awesome if it was possible.

stripper is a MM:S plugin so combining the two is most likely impossible.

The same thing happened to me randomly. (#1 i mean) I noticed that the first set of rounds were actually completed with 0 score on each side, even though we never played it. My guess is that the cans from those rounds were loaded for the first round of the 2nd set. Thus the starting team had 3x the cans.

I sometimes have another bug in versus though where the game loads more than one round and doesn't provide the kits nor weapons. Trying to track down the plugin causing that bug, it me be the culprit of this bug.

I get the "0:0 round, more than 16 cans" bug aswell. It quite annoying .. pls fix

Could you go into more detail on what happens when you get the 0:0 round. Does it just appear as 0:0 on the scoreboard before you even play? If so that sounds like there may be some other plugin that is ending/restarting rounds.

I've never had this happen, but I also only have the basic plugins and a few others running on my server atm.

We join the server from a Lobby (Scavenge, Team Scavenge) and theres a double amount (32) of cans lying around when we enter the game. Also, on C1M4, the Survivors are spawned below the floor.

The Scoreboard shows a [0:0] first round.


Server is running a lot of mods, Weapon Unlocker being the only one that does map-reloads. But it does that only ONCE, on Plugin Start? I experienced the Bug on multiple Lobby connects in a row.


A wild guess on the problems Source might be the way you init all the Gas Can changes - 0.5 seconds after the first round_start trigger? Ill try compiling it with a lot longer delay (5 seconds)
