Meow. / With this plugin servers are able to have more customized information while looking at other players.

// Show spectators detailed information about players? 0-no, 1-freelook only, 2-all spectators
dead_player_names 1

// Unformated message to display to spectators
dead_player_message "%name% (%hp%) %steamid%"

// Unformated message for alive players looking at friends
statustext_message_friend "Friend : %name%  Health : %hp%%%  %steamid%"

// Unformated message for alive players looking at enemies
statustext_message_enemy "Enemy : %name%  %steamid%"

Meow meow meow meow: / The messages are formatted using the following information:

%name% - Replaces with Player's Name
%hp% - Replaces with Player's HP
%steamid% - Replaces with Player's Steam ID
%userid% - Replaces with Player's User ID
%ip% - Replaces with Player's IP Address
%admin% - Replaces with "Admin" if user is Admin
%country% - Replaces with Player's Country
%city% - Replaces with Player's City - must have http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=95665 and compile locally
%zombie% - Replaces with Player's Zombie Status - must have zombie plague and compile locally
%ap% - Replaces with Player's Ammo Packs - must have zombie plague and compile locally

How can there be ML for something like this?

The only way I see ML support is if all ML dictionaries are included, and there is a special syntax for ML messages in the cvars.
Something like: "{ML:PLAYER_NAME}: %name% {ML:HEALTH}: %hp%"
