Also, by any chance. Do you know what commands or plugin can control the spawning of infected? The timer in l4d is 20-30 seconds, but is way to low for 8 players, so i want to increase it to 30-40 seconds

If you search for various posts by me (or threads started) you'll find one which contains L4D Cvars. I believe that will provide the information you will seek.

Cool i think i found it, testing later.

L4D2 is up for me, and boy i got questions. I have 6 coop going on and i only see 4 infected at one time, 4 of the same infected at the same time (if you spawn them)

sm_cvar l4d_maxplayers 6
sm_cvar l4d_XtraHP 1
sm_cvar z_tank_health 8000
sm_cvar l4d_survivor_limit 6

Which one of these cvars or missing ones, are not causing 6, only 4?

NOTE: Im using 2002, I have not updated yet, because i heard the new updates crash more than the old ones. Hope this is not the issue?

i'm having a huge problem with my tank.

i've tried using superversus, and setting the multiplier to 1. but the tanks just spawn with 6000hp.

i disabled supertank and then put x amount into a cvar for tanks, that resulted in the tanks being one hit kills, essentially a CI with a big swing.

all i can manage to do now is @ the start of every versus match i have to manually assign HP's to the tank via a sm cvar.

so bottom line, the supertank option doesn't seem to be working for me at all. any ideas?

also, i'd like to be able to have2 tanks spawn at once, how can i go abotu doing that?

That is the exact same thing I am getting on Left 4 Dead, espiecially on versus. All other gamemode the Tank HP is correct.

Yeah, the tank is broken on this, or infected bots, or both together? I dunno

1.5.4 in the starting post. It definitely fixes this issue. It was a silly oversight on my part.

I can confirm that he is right, i just tried it on my dedicated server for 1.4 and 1.6, i typed exec versus.cfg and it had z_tank_health at 6000 cause apparently your plugin wont set it to 6000 on versus.

Yet, when i typed it in the console of the server, it said z_tank health 4000. Now, if I type it directly in the console to 6000, it works for the entire time the server is online. Sadly, this is a disappointment. I dont know why its doing this.
