Set amx_mode to 2.
Setup users.ini file with server members STEAM_IDs.
Clan members have admin powers, server members have access set to "z" (user, no admin).

90% of the listed players in users.in get on fine. HOWEVER, there are a few players who get kicked dispite the fact that their STEAM_ID appears (correctly, I've checked) in the users.in...

Has anyone else had a similar problem?
