hi! is there any plugin that could change sv_downloadurl adresses in certain amount of time ?

for example i create download.ini and put there:

http://nicewebhost.com/voivod/cstrike/
http://anotherhost.com/voivod/cstrike/
http://annoyingone.com/voivod/cstrike/
http://amxmodrulez.com/voivod/cstrike/

and a cvar that will change sv_downloadurl:

sv_urlchangetime "10" // 10 minutes

if not, how about to make one ?
