Theres this function i found on the forum.

UpdateTeamScores(iTScore)
{
    emessage_begin(MSG_ALL, gmsgTeamScore, {0,0,0});
    ewrite_string("TERRORIST");
    ewrite_short(iTScore);
    emessage_end();
}

Apparently, it resets to how it was once round ends and a team scores a win.
