Then, you missed something, like gamedata file.

That's not necessary to use 2 plugins. You can combine in one. There is a commented stock CreateSurvivorBot() in l4d_CreateSurvivorBot.sp. Uncomment and that's all you need. Just register any command you want and call that function.
