Hi there, I noticed most players don't know how to set rates properly and they either are lagged or have bad reg.

So please, can someone make a plugin that forces clients' cl_cmdrate depending on their FPS to 5+ that value? Also considering that person could change their FPS during the match, so the plugin should change again the cl_cmdrate value.
