There is a bug in AMXBans that some people have run into, that is causing sometimes, the admins to not load properly after a map change.
The admins are loaded properly when you first start your server or restart your server. On the initial startup map admin works, but once you change the map admin will stop working and you will just see ;
You have no access to that command (in console)
Adding amx_reloadadmins to amxbans.cfg or amxx.cfg doesn't fix the issue.
This small plugin will reload the admins after a map change.
