Just removed even more garbage and also the plugin only do the post think hook when a player has the random option on.

EDIT:

TIMER_DATA_HNDL_CLOSE gave an error so I changed back to TIMER_REPEAT

EDIT Again:

For some reason #pragma newdecls required got removed so the functions were not in the new syntax lol.
