Could you give us a detailed error report on what is happening?
What sourcebans are you using, if at all?
What sourcemod and metamod versions are you running?

SourceMod Version: 1.7.0-dev+4871
I open the admin's menu, goto "Players Commands" and then choose "Ban disconnected player"
When I choose it, nothing happens.
Tried it multiple times, but no use.
Checked both, game console and server console, nothing appears wrong.
