Based on Oshizu's Halloween Fooprints plugin ♥
(Basically just changed the attribute, values & cmd names)

Thanks to:
- Oshizu (original plugin donut steel)
- "Hurp Durp" (fixed effects being reset after touching a locker or upgrading at a bench)

Description:
Allows you to apply a special_dsp effect to your class's voice. Neato.

Requires:
TF2Attributes

Commands:
!dsp (ADMFLAG_RESERVATION)
!voicefx (ADMFLAG_RESERVATION)

Changing Admin Flag:
Use admin_overrides.cfg file (add the lines "sm_dsp" "" & "sm_voicefx" "" for public access.)
