I have removed the Admins Online plugin, and it helps in a way but still that does'nt stop it from freezing the screen for 20 seconds.

This is the normal screen when playing with this MOD
Notice the timer on the bottom left: It says there is 1 minute, and 4 seconds left
As soon as the timer ends, the screen goes a bit dark and then it shows the scores list..
Also, cod_toggle 0|1 does not work for me.. It just restarts the server, but still in the COD MOD
