Cant get it to work, have looked here in the forum for answered but can get it to work not the faq helped either.
This is how my configs looks like

So now Im asking what do I do wrong? and How can I fix it?

and so, My friend wanted a rocketlauncher that gives 99% less damage and when he hit someone with a rocket they should be tickled like the "Holiday Punch" but cant find anyway to do it on the attribute page I use so please help me with that to.

So please learn me how to do the config correctly and one more question is there an attribute that makes every hit on enemies 100% chance of crit on the sandman?
