I was doing some messing around with TF2Items_OnGiveNamedItem on tf_wearable items, when I noticed that it is called for the second misc slot's tf_wearable on every respawn or resupply cabinet touch.
Is it supposed to happen on every respawn/resupply? If so, why are the head and first misc slot items not firing for this?
I don't have the code on me right now (I'm at work, code's at home), I'll post it later.
Note: This is on a Windows server.
