so people..here's the problem

i have a deathrun manager on my server
and i put a plugin /scout on it...but when players type in chat /scout
that command gives them scout but with ammo...i want when they type /scout to that command gives them scout but without ammo (bullets) !!!!
anybody knows how to fix this ??? :S
