For clients who were asked to come here to fix your knife and riot shield bugs:
Download file:

Put that in your addons folder.
Then,
Use notepad++ to edit your autoexec.cfg.
Put in the following line:
sv_consistency 0
OR
Just type sv_consistency 0 into the console everytime you start up the game.
For people who want to host servers:
Put in the following line:
sv_consistency 0
into your SERVER and LOCAL autoexec.cfg.
Then,
download the add on
http://www.mediafire.com/?mmeyzlt3gym
put that add on into your SERVER and LOCAL addon folder.
Then you are ready to roll!
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
IT IS RECOMMEND THAT YOU PUT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR YOUR CLIENTS TO COME HERE IF YOU ARE HOSTING A DEDI SERVER.
WHY?
CLIENTS WILL EXPIERENCE GRAPHIC BUGS IF THEY DO NOT ADD THIS INTO THEIR ADD ON FOLDER,READ ABOVE.
