makes player corpses permanent in most source multiplayer games

ive seen plugins on this site try to implement this for various source games but all theyve done is complicate things with hundreds of lines of code and have a load of crazy sh going on, this script is as simple and as versatile as it gets

this works for half-life 2 deathmatch, counter-strike, team fortress 2, basically any source game that isnt on the L4D branch

issues:
• death camera doesnt follow corpse
• might break other plugins that do things with dead people
