Encountered an unexpected problem with hitboxes: they do not rotate after the model.


The model now stands in its original location, hitboxes coincide with the model. I shoot in his left leg - I hit the left leg. Shoot between the legs - bullets pass by.


Now I shoot a model from the side, I shoot between his legs - taken to the left leg.

Couldn't find a solution. How to fix this?

I continued to work on npc and saw a possible cause of the problem: game model is rotated, but the entity - not. I'm using set_pev(ent, pev_angles, vec) rotation method. How do I rotate an object, not a model?

Have you experimented with pev_v_angle aswell ?
