Wow, you read my mind. I was just on my server earlier today and it was like 8 AWP on T Team cs_italy and I said to the CT team I should get a AWP restriction plugin lol.

Thats what im talkin bout. Cuz in server there is nothing more retarded then everyone awping. Thats what awp maps are for. (And even on them I use m4s and aks )

How are you sure this works, and maybe you could include auto sniper restriction also?

I tried it out, and people still buying AWP, I think it was because of the rebuy command, you have to block the rebuy command from using AWP it looks like but not blocking it completely like how JGHG did the updated weapon restriction in the CVS.

hmm if they rebuy they should be forced to drop the awp as soon as they get it. Not sure but I think if you run the weapon rescriction plugin (even if you don't restrict anything) it should block the rebuy command. anywhoo if you want you can down load this version..

I added a cvar: checkrebuy

if set to 1 then it "should" block all rebuy commands.. it's quick and dirty but if thats what you need then here you go.

The attached plugin has awplimit set to 1 and checkrebuy set to 1 (both enabled) by default

HOW DID I MISS IT! I DIDNT KNOW THE CVAR WAS DISABLED BY DEFAULT! RAWR! I FEEL SOO STUPID


Also, maybe incorpate auto-sniper restriction also, I havent had a chance to test your 2nd plugin post, once I do I will tell if you it works

Yea, since I found the cvar I relize that your second plugin that you posted is useless, that is because you have it setup to drop weapon if it is restricted, I like that.

So I guess you could remove the 2nd plugin, it serves no purpose.

I was going to add auto sniper restriction for my own personal self but I can see in the future someone will want this feature also so maybe it would be good to add it to the orginal plugin.

Yea this would be very nice if you could add auto-sniper restrictions the same way you added AWP restrictions.
