Are you on crack? That makes no sense.

If you have code, post it here so we can at least have a chance at understanding what in the world you are talking about.

It sounds fairly basic. Do you have any code?

Start there and read as many tutorials as you can handle, and then attempt to do some basic stuff. Once you have a little code to work with, give it a post and we can help out a little better.

The only thing I can imagine you could need help with if you know the basics would be this, then:

register_clcmd

read_argc

read_args

read_argv

PHP Code:
plugin_init()
{
     ...

register_clcmd("now","cmd_Now")

register_clcmd("later","cmd_Later")
     ...
}

public
cmd_Now(id)
{

//Do the now stuff

return PLUGIN_HANDLED
}

public
cmd_Later(id)
{
     new
cmd[64]

read_args(cmd,63)//If for some reason you wanted to get what they typed.

read_argv(1,cmd,63)//If for some reason you only wanted a certain part.

     //Do the later stuff

return PLUGIN_HANDLED

P.S. I am serious because your description is terrible.

Why not just use an admin command that just randomizes the teams?
