Well atm, i do not have acess to the ftp for my server. So i can only use in-game console. I have full admin in the server but i need a way to add admins. I put that in ^^^ what i said above, and it adds the person to admin. But when the map changes the admin gets removed. Is there a way to like save that? So the person can have admin, and stay with admin? I have full admin in the server and just need a way to keep that? Is their a command i can use or add an admin Without using the ftp directly. Cause all the stuff that goes in the server, really goes to the ftp. So could any of you help me out and help me with this? Either a way of saving that, or a new way to addd admin? Please help, Thank you.

amx_makeadmin does not exist. Try amx_addadmin "id" "flags"

I have tried both and the admin always doesnt work after you switch maps

amx_addadmin "big.L" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "" "steamid"

Usage: amx_addadmin <playername|auth> <accessflags> [password] [authtype] - add specified player as an admin to users.ini

I know, once i give the kid admin when the map changes he no longer has it. I dont have access to my ftp and im wondering if there is anyway to make it where he will always have admin after i give it to him

hmm, well it works for me properly and saves after map change. maybe there is some sort of file protection on the file that doesnt let amx change the users.ini file.

What server company are you using. I ask cause my buddy ordered a server from discount gameservers and they had some sort of file protection on there servers that prevented amx from wrighting to files.

we are renting it out from a clan we used to be apart of, they have their own box so they host their own servers

Well, do you have control panel access to the server that has a file manager of some sort. Something like TCAdmin.

thats the problem we cant get into ftp and we dont have any sort of file manager, is there a plug in or a command that we could use?

Sorry not that i know of, try contacting the provider to get them to fix the ftp and then you can check on error logs see if theres a write error of some kind. There is plugins that can add admins and even edit files but i dont know how you would install them without having access to the ftp or filemanager.
