Shows the last xx users to disconnect, and gives an easy way to ban them

    Reason for Unapproving:
This should use the BanClient() native and not ServerCommand since the ban files are never written with the latter.

    Description:

An easy way to Ban anyone who has just disconnected from your server. Use either rlist or rlistip and cut and paste one of the lines into the console to ban them. The name is also stored in the ban list, just in case you want to unban someone later on.

    Commands:
    • rlist : Lists previous players by SteamID.
    • rlistip : Lists previous players by IP Address.
    • rban / rbanip : Normally used via a cut and paste after a rlist/rlistip.
    • sm_rbanhistory <#> : (20 Default). How many player names+ID's/IP's to remember.
    • sm_rbanbots <#> : (0/1). Default is 0(Off). Sets whether or not bots are logged by the plugin.

    Credits:

I used a lot of the source from LastX Mod by HomicidalApe aka Hazard, so credit where it is due.

I'll approve it if you add the credits to the plugin's source file.

Additionally I recommend you to use the BanIdentity natives instead of ServerCommand. If it doesn't update the banned_*-files itself try the commands writeid and writeip.
