what should i do ?? it sais

try get the sheroplugin model.. i wouldn't know as i dont have a CS server

it says "SheroPlugin" required for plugin. Check modules.ini.
Check sheroplugin in modules.ini u dont have shero mod u are currently running superhero mod dont use module heros use new subbmission heros nad approved heros less crash two
