I want to add Scavogl to my server.

I own a linux dedicated server running sourcemod and metamod. I got the Scavogl files here:
https://code.google.com/archive/p/scavogl/downloads

I'm new to installing plugins/mods to servers and can't find any documentation/tutorials whatsoever online. I tried dragging all of the files from the Scavogl folder into their respective folders under sourcemod (for example, putting all of the contents from the plugins folder in scavogl under the plugins folder of the sourcemod plugins folder on my server) but that doesn't seem to work. When I do sm plugins list it only shows sourcemod default plugins.

Am I missing extensions?

Ultimately what I'm asking is what do I do with all of the files and different folders found in the download I linked to earlier?
