CS:S DM game crash when install SourceMod

Hi, I am installing deathmath mod. My Metamod is installed successfully.

But when I install SourceMod (copy addons and cfg folder to cstrike folder) and run the server (CREATE SERVER) the game crash

(hl2.exe has stop working).
Help plz, I still can play death math in the server but I can't install and play with BOT.

Stop using a listen server. Installing addons on a listen server is bad and most plugins dont support it.

so that mean I can't play DM LAN game?
