So, I am looking to add a killcam message to my TF2 server, so when you get killed by someone, their custom message is displayed to the victim with the kill freeze frame. This message should be customizable (message, color, location on screen). Most importantly we want it to be saved on the server so that once a message is entered it will remain there--it should still be there when the person leaves and rejoins the server.
