Can someone help me to check if a user is registered?
I need to integrate SourceMod with vBulletin and see if the SteamID is registered, I've seen that on CS 1.6, how to do it with SM?

Because I have a server for advanced players that should register on the forums then play, and they will removed automatically after 1 hour.

You should just be able to handle everything on your forum, adding steamids to one of the user databases, then connect to said database within and pull out the desired information. The only integration necessary would be checking to see if SteamID isn't "" and is valid.
