if some guy has a some cz client game and he joins my server ( let my server name xyxz)

then the next time he joins my server it shows that play in xyxz

so i asked one of my frnd he said there is a plugin name loading menu for it so can i knw where do i get this i culdnt get when i searched !!

What you want to do is called "slowhacking". It's not allowed here, so don't ask.
