Server crash after soneone joins

everytime someone joins one of my servers it crashes

Using latest 1.4 sm snapshot

Is this SM/MM fault or my hosting?

you can disable SM and check if its the Server itself.
if this will be ok. then next step -> disable all non standart SM plugins and check if server is working with SM standart plugins only.
