The AMXX part is easy.
I don't know how to do the forum part though.
If you can save whatever you need in SQL database from the forum, then it won't be hard on AMXX.

i done amxx part
i want to use account in the forum to login to my cs 1.6 server
username and pass is correct -> join
username and pass is not correct -> disconnect
i don't know how to do this, anyone can help me plz...

Only way I can think of is storing usernames and passwords in a SQL database ( registered on forum ) and then accessing that same database and a simple cross reference.
