The current stable version has a little bug with servers more than 6, I changed the maxforwardservers in source file from 6 to 8(currently 8 servers I have) and in the game when typing for the first time /server It will appear all 8 servers but if I type again /server will appear only 7(in this stage will remain permanently) and this is happening with every number of servers more than 6. Hope that in the new version this bug will be fixed.

this rather has to do with the overall limit of characters in the menu being reached. check the FAQ for more information about that. basically you should check whether you can shorten your server names.

the problem not always occuring is probably explained by the fact that the map is displayed in the menu as well. if only short maps like de_dust are displayed the characters might be enough, but if some servers are currently running maps like fy_very_fun_tank_stuff_and_only_knives you run out of characters in the menu pretty fast.
