I don't know for what mod you want that offset but if it is for CS you should check this out: http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Category:CS_Class_List

If you want that offset for another mod 2 methods are possible.
1. Check the source code of the mode to see the position of the offsets.
2. Trial and error, you create an entity and set its private data to some values with DispatchKeyValue and you make a dump file with all the values that the entity has in the private data and try indentifying the offset that you modified.
