I know that already exists one but, not like:

You would have to be spectator to run the test.
All messages would be blocked and instead it would be sent a pack of pre-selected messages to provoke a considerable amount of traffic and consistent between the tests. I don't know much about rates so i don't know exactly which would be better to handle.

Anyway the point is: a tool to find your best rates with a normalized kind of tests, relying on client's ping flux and loss during the test.

I don't have time to do it so, if you want to do it the idea is yours. But let me know first so I can know that I don't have to do it any longer.

He isn't trying to perform a "speed" test. It's more like a data reliability test (i.e. no choke or loss).
