This, for the most part, has been solved.
I got a near-full list of all the gamemodes and Mutations that are built in to Left 4 Dead 2.

But,
I still have reason to believe that there are two gamemodes that I cannot access, those being "Team Realism Versus" and "Team Versus Survival".

I believe that those are real gamemodes because they appear on the L4D2 title screen, and both Team Versus ("teamversus") and Team Scavenge ("teamscavenge") exist.

I do not believe that they are used to set up teams, or get groups of people to play.
Because you can already do that with every other gamemode, including Versus and Scavenge.
And, again, Team Versus and Team Scavenge are real gamemodes that you can load up at any time.
Team Scavenge being excluded from the main menu, for some odd reason.

Probably not the gamemode, they are just match system....
You can invite your friends as same team and search server

Well, if they aren't actual gamemodes, then why does Team Versus and Team Scavenge exist?
They're called "teamversus" and "teamscavenge" internally.
